All orders that are verified and confirmed by 2pm on weekdays are shipped that same day. Delivery times may vary.

» How do I know when my order is shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us and a dispatch email notification from Australia Post. Your order status will display as shipped or completed.

» Where is my tracking number?

Once your order ships you’ll receive a dispatch email notification from Australia Post that contains your tracking information.

» How do I return a faulty item?

» Return/Refund Policy?

For sanitary and safety purposes, we will not accept returns on the following items if they have been opened or used: e-liquids or liquid products, open cartridges, drip tips, replacement glasses, atomizers, tanks, and rechargeable batteries.

If a non-defective item is opened and used, we cannot accept a return and cannot provide a refund.

Any unopened or unused items can be returned with no restocking fees. For manufacturer defects on the original item, there will be no service fees. Please see return shipping cost below.

You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover your return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a defective product. You should expect to receive your refund within 1-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

» Order Cancellation?

For order cancellation requests, you must use our “Contact Us” with the Title “Cancel Request: Order #”. Any attempts to cancel the order may delayed or missed cancellation request. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

» DOA, Missing, & Wrong Items?

All "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA), Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving them, as it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem.

The warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, disassembly, customized modification, or user error. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty.

There is no warranty on cartomizers, atomizers, tanks, rebuildable drippers (RDA), rebuildable tanks (RTA), coils, drip tips, disposables, or any similar product unless notified it was DOA within 48 hours of receiving it.

Note: Atomizers such as tanks, RDAs, RTAs, and RDTAs purchased on our website are intended only for use with e-liquids. Any use of cannabis oil, cannabis-based substances, CBD oil, or similar liquids will void any warranty on our products and the products cannot be returned to us.

» Return Shipping Costs?

Customers are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items, or refund the cost of the items if you have opted to receive a refund. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

» Refund?

Refunds may be issued via your original payment method or as store credit in the form of reward points. PQEEK is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of it.

» Refused Items?

If we are at fault, you will be credited for the items or we will reship them free of charge. If a customer refuses delivery of the package for any reason, there will be a 15% restocking fee along with a shipping charge.
